Renewing Prescriptions

Under many circumstances, you can renew your prescription over the phone if you are a rostered patient with Dr. Copeland.  Please call your pharmacy and they will contact our office to renew your Rx.  If your Rx cannot be renewed and we need to see you, they will advise you. 

 

When can you not renew your prescription over the phone

  • If you are Diabetic
  • Require on going medical attention
  • Dr. Copeland has requested to see you
  • You have not been into the clinic in 6 months
